I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, WHAT CAN I EAT?

We bake all of our cookies and baked goods on shared equipment in our kitchen, all of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
If you have a gluten or egg sensitivity, we can create our delicious treats made with gluten-free ingredients and with egg substitutes. However, we want to reiterate that since we are not an allergy-free bakery, these are not certified gluten-free. If you are interested in those options please email for more information

DO YOU CATER?

Yes we do! Schedule us for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Anniversaries, Weddings and so much more! Pricing available upon request.

MAY I ORDER JUST ONE COOKIE?

Not at this time. Because of the quality and care that goes into creating our cookies the lowest option we have for sale is a half dozen which is 6 cookies.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

Placing your order as soon as possible is suggested. To insure your desired date is available we can only fulfill a limited number of orders each week and we book on a first come, first serve basis. Popular dates (holidays, special events ) are booked 3 to 6 weeks in advance. For simple orders normal turnaround is within 48 hours - no guarantees
Since our team bakes and ships to order each day, we need some advanced notice to plan for large orders. We typically require one week’s notice for large orders and an additional week if your order includes customization. That said, we know that sometimes time isn’t on your side and we are always happy to try and accommodate a shorter window. Send us an email, and we’ll see what we can do!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship our Cookie Boxes within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). To ensure your cookies arrive in the best condition, we require that orders shipping beyond the southwestern United States use express shipping (two day or overnight), which you can select at checkout.  
Ground shipping is available to all the following states: California, Arizona **
All shipping options for your delivery address are displayed at checkout, along with the exact prices.  Saturday delivery is available by special arrangement; typically the shipping fees for this service start at $100, depending on the quantity of cookies and delivery address. If you’d like to arrange for your cookies to deliver on a Saturday, please contact us at nettasbakery@gmail.com.
Due to the highly perishable nature of our cookies, at this time we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations or APO/FPO addresses.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE MY ORDER ARRIVES ON A SPECIFIC DATE?

Cookies are the best part of any party, celebratory moment or a regular day, we agree! At checkout you can select the date by which you would like your cookies to arrive, and we’ll ship them out accordingly.
If you’re ordering for a specific event, we strongly recommend selecting delivery a business day or two in advance, just in case there are any unforeseen issues. Our cookies freeze beautifully and can be held in the freezer happily - just thaw at room temperature for a few hours before your event or pop in an oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes to return to bakery-fresh goodness.

COOKIE CARE?

Netta's Bakery cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week. If you’d like to save them for later, we recommend individually wrapping them and storing them in the freezer until a craving hits.
When you’re ready to eat, warm your cookies in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
If you have fresh cookies and want to achieve peak ooey-gooey-Instagrammable meltiness, warm your cookies in a 350°F for a few minutes or until heated through.
Fair warning: never store your cookies in the refrigerator or use a microwave to reheat them! Both will lead to hard, dried out cookies, which is no fun for anyone.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A COOKIE ORDER?

Unfortunately we can’t accept returned cookie orders. If you are not satisfied with your order, please send an email to: nettasbakery@gmail.com

 WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING INFORMATION?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once we have shipped your order, you will automatically receive a tracking number to keep track of your cookies.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

When you order your cookies from our website, it will walk you through the payment instructions.  Online payments are done by credit or debit card. we accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

DO YOU BAKE ANYTHING ELSE?

Why yes we do! It's alway fun to discover the "secret menu" you know like Oatmeal with Chocolate Chips or M&M Cookies, we got that if you want. We offer a variety of Cookies, Pies, Lemon Blossoms, Brownies and so much more. Contact us with your request.
